Why Your Support is Needed

The Impact Scholarship was created to provide financial aid to graduate students in the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Students who receive this scholarship have:

1. A track record of making positive impacts on their community through leadership, mentorship, or community service
2. Are in good academic standing
3. In need of financial assistance

A lack of financial means is often the common dominator that prohibits talented students from furthering their education. I urge you to reflect on how this scholarship could aid in lighten their financial burden. The Impact Scholarship provides hope and reassurance to its' recipients that their dreams are worthy of achieving. 

As a first-generation American and college student that is 100% financially independent, I understand the significance of receiving financial aid via a scholarship. During my senior year of high-school I experienced copious amounts of stress and anxiety thinking about how I would afford my education without accumulating a large amount of debt. Thankfully DePaul awarded me multiple scholarships that almost covered my tuition in full. I am certain I would not be where I am today without the support of those who donated to the scholarships I received. 

Now I would like to pay it forward with your assistance.
