Introduction
Hi there,
We are DePaul's Women's and Non-binary ultimate frisbee team, also known as the Laser Chains. We are currently fundraising for our 2023-24 season.
We are a sport that has the luxury to play all year round, but in order to do so we need support from you! We are fundraising money to help us with many of our team expenses so that we can keep the sport as accessible as possible.
Any donation is greatly appreciated, and you can donate as little as $1, but we have outlined some of our typical expenses to show what your donation would help cover!
About the Sport of Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate frisbee is a self-officiated non-contact sport, in which 7 players are on the field at a time. The sport focuses heavily on spirit of the game which is an elevated version of sportmanship.
The sport was invented in 1968 in New Jersey, and there are three primary disciplines; grass, beach and indoors. We primarily play outdoors on grass, and often travel for tournaments.
I've donated, what else can I do?
Your donation is greatly appreciated! If you want to stay up to date with info about our club, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram (@depaultimate) and share this fundraiser with friends and family!
