Dr. David Drehmer was a devoted professor in DePaul University's Management and Entrepreneurship Department for over 35 years. Dr. Drehmer made it his goal help his students realize their passion and purpose through teaching awareness and creativity.
The David Drehmer Impact Scholarship was created to remove financial barriers for promising, low income students who have made a positive impact on those in their community. With this scholarship, talent takes precedence over opportunity, enabling more incredible individuals to realize their leadership potential and make a difference.
The Impact Scholarship at DePaul University is a merit-based scholarship that covers all tuition and fees for four years, allowing recipients to focus fully on their academic career, without the worry of financial matters. Additionally, the Impact Scholarship provides recipients with leadership development and mentorship, further assisting them in becoming the best leader they can be for change in their communities.
