Our Story and Our Future

Our club began in the Spring of 2022 in which two friends named Zac and Matthew decided that intramural flag football at DePaul was not enough for them. They had several experiences of teams not showing up resulting in games getting canceled and realized they could create an opportunity for not just themselves, but for every student at DePaul by creating a club flag football team. Since the clubs inception it has been a remarkable journey in which we have played against teams from across the Midwest and have attended regional tournaments. We have competed against teams from other universities like Loyola, St. Louis University and UIC. Along with also competing in the NIRSA Nebraska Regional tournament in 2023. 

Our program is growing and we are the only football team on campus. As each year as progressed we have gained new members and now have a strong, competitive, and winning culture with 25 to 30 members on our team. We have built our team to be one of dedication, perseverance, and versatility because of all of the experiences we have had as an organization. We need your help to continue fueling this amazing growth. 

With your support, we are aiming to travel more frequently to compete in new tournaments and represent DePaul at an even higher level. After our successful participation in the Nebraska tournament in Fall 2023, we are planning to return in 2024 and seek opportunities to attend additional competitions locally and in other states. These tournaments provide invaluable experience for our players, allowing us to grow as a team and connect with other universities.

Beyond travel, your donations will help us grow our club overall, giving us the ability to expand our resources, invest in equipment, and recruit more members. With your generosity, we can continue to provide a platform for DePaul students to pursue their passion for football in a competitive and supportive environment.
