DePaul Women in Business (DeWiB) is a student-led undergraduate organization at DePaul University dedicated to fostering leadership, professional development, and community among undergraduate women pursuing careers in business. Through mentorship, hands-on workshops, social & networking events, and an annual business case competition open to all students, we provide meaningful opportunities for growth, connection, and career advancement.
At the heart of DeWiB is our mission to Build Professionalism, Build Community, and Serve the Community. We equip students with the tools, resources, and networks they need to succeed—both personally and professionally.
