On behalf of the community at DePaul Esports, we would like to thank you all for the support we have received. This year is going to be an amazing year for us and because of your support, the students at DePaul University will be able to have more resources and opportunities! We will send out an update on how our competitive teams perform, the events we are hosting, and the difference you have made in our community in the next couple of months.

Collegiate Starleague has announced over $400,000 in scholarship opportunities for their leagues. We will have various teams competing in hopes they can secure some of those scholarships! More information can be found here: https://www.cstarleague.com/lol/news_articles/1037. 

We have been accepted as a varsity Overwatch program with Tespa. With your support, we will be able to continue to sustain our teams and provide resources & management to aid in the development. https://tespa.org/overwatch2019

Over the summer, our Rocket League A-team was able to get 12th out of the 299 teams that competed in the summer series of College Carball. This is the first time the team has been able to qualify for the league and ended up making it to the playoffs. This was a huge stepping stone for the team! 

As you can see, your support has already made a direct impact to the students. We look forward to be able to provide you with an update over the next couple of months with how our competitive teams are performing and how our events have gone.
